Terms of Service

These are my updated Terms of Service for my artwork, assets and UTAU works.For data about my UTAU Voicebank's Terms of Use please read the dedicated page.

General Terms of Service

1.) Do not use my work to feed AI or anything related to NFT, cryptomoney or derivatives.
2.) Do not use my work to promote illegal or dangerous behavior, as well as political or religious discourse.
3.) Do not use work that is not your commission for commercial purposes.
4.) Do not remove my watermark. Please talk with me about it first.
5.) Please be patient. I will be keeping communication with you while working on your commission.
6.) Fees are applied for adjusted time limits. ^{Only when Adjusted time limits are an option.}
7.) The commission has 3 free revisions. If the revision changes the commission entirely or exceeds the free revisions, extra fees may be applied.
8.) I am in my right to accept or deny any commission.
9.) For NSFW related content (non explicit adult themes) ask first via DM. ^{In the Commission Page, there's a list of the works I can draw.}These TOS apply to all the services and assets that are sold.

"Adopt" / Buy a design
Terms of Service

An adopt is a character that is being sold. Sometimes it's only the design, in other instances, it comes with more assets.1.) Terms of Service above still apply to Adopts.
2.) Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Adopt description, you can: Change Species, Add any Gender, Change design as long as it's not unrecognizable...
3.) Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Adopt description, permitted usage: OC, avatar, fan character... whatever you wish.
3.1) NOTE: If you wish to use as VTuber, PNGtuber, Streaming mascot, get monetary income from the design, you must buy the Monetized Content License.
3.2) NOTE: If you wish to sell physical merch with the design (such as plushies, standees, comics...), you must buy the Commercial Merchandise License.
4.) Credit me for the design.
5.) DO NOT feed this artwork to AI, edit, recolor, "fix" or generate other designs from this one
6.) I can make subtle changes to the design once it's been bought.
7.) Before re-selling the design, ask me about it first.
8.) You can commission me to make extra artwork of your adopt after purchase.
9.) Each Adopt includes the list of works included in your purchase.
10.) For a custom adopt/design, check my Character Design commissions.These TOS apply to all the products and assets that are sold in my stores.

UTAU Terms of Service

1.) Terms of Service above still apply to UTAU related commissions.
2.) You can distribute voicebanks that include OTO / configurations/artwork, as long as it was commissioned by you for that specific voice.
3.) You can't resell my OTO, tuned USTs, mixings... etc. Or any other assets provided.
4.) Tuning and mixing delivers the finished product, not the project (UST, USTx, MIDI)...
5.) Artwork/Video related commissions are applied to the average Commission prices and Terms of Service above.
6.) I am in my right to accept or deny any commission.
9.) I am on my right to ask for the takedown of the commissioned assets.These TOS apply to all the services and assets that are sold.

Returning Clients

1.) All Terms of Service above apply.
2.) Clients that have bought/ordered a commission previously get a free doodle.Any of the conditions below must be fullfilled.
A) The last commission was ordered in the span of a year.
B) Client has bought various (3+) commissions or products before. These products cannot be bought for 0€ in Ko-Fi.
